Canadians will be warmly welcoming David Wilkins when he arrives as the newly appointed American ambassador to Canada. That's not a reflection on our feelings toward Mr. Wilkins, whom we hardly know, but on Paul Cellucci, to whom we'll drink a toast. In the words of a fake-o street interview on Monday Report, Mr. Cellucci: "Good luck being obnoxious in the private sector."
